Does anyone else remember waking up to 28F in early May? Gotta love Spring weather in the mountains. This is the last full month of the school year for our boys before summer madness starts. The housing market is quiet right now and usually in the early summer we will see more inventory- we have supplied some interesting stats comparing 2023 to 2024. We have also started to enjoy some of the dry trails in the valley. See below for a trail work day we have planned for June.

1st Quarter 2024 Stats compared to 2023.

  • Sold volume 2023 $149 million vs 2024 $199 million for a 33% increase
  • 91 closed sales in 2023 vs 84 in 2024 for a 7% decrease
  • $975K median sales price in 2023 vs $1,388,000 for a 42% increase.
  • $612 median price per square foot in 2023 vs $813 in 2024 for a 27% increase.
  • 105 median days on market in 2023 vs 88 in 2024 for a 16% decrease.
