For us summer really starts in June when our boys get out of school and the flowers start to pop. Our valley has an overwhelming number of things to do in the summer- check out our highlighted events below. We have noticed a big uptick in vacant land sales this year. Since December we have closed 6 vacant land properties. From January of this year to present 48 vacant land parcels have sold in Blaine County. In the same time frame last year 24 lots sold. 

Two special events this month: Windermere is offering a complimentary bike tune- see below for more information on where to drop your bikes. On June 14th from 9am-12pm we are hosting a trail work day with the Wood River Trail Coallition, call us if you want to join us!

Ketchum expands Lease to Locals

As the Lease to Locals enters into its 3rd year in the valley, Ketchum has voted to expand the program to include Sun Valley and down to Hailey. Read the full article HERE. 

 

 

Hailey Approves Hop Porter & Bullion Master Plan.

Sun Valley Realtors Gives Schlorships

This year the Sun Valley Realtors Give nonprofit awarded 6 students 4 year $1000 scholarships to our local graduating seniors. We had 43 applicants this year, the most we have ever received.

Our scholarship program has been around for 20 years and Rachel has served on the scholarship committee for many years. She enjoys reading the applications submitted by the impressive youth of our community. Nicole serves on the board of Sun Valley Realtors Give nonprofit which in addition to the scholarship program runs the Holiday Baskets, Veterans Housing Fund and our new program Community Housing Fund.
