Welcome to 2023! We are excited to see what this new year will bring. We had wonderful holiday breaks with our boys- lots of skiing and hot cocoa was had by all. Rachel is starting her second year as a director for the Sun Valley Board of Realtors and Nicole is starting her third year in the real estate industry. Hope to see you on Baldy this winter.

FUN FACT- Realtors Code of Ethics

Rachel has been a member of National Association of Realtors since 2005 and Nicole since 2021.  Did you know that the National Association of Realtors was formed in 1908?  The Code of Ethics was adopted in 1913.  As Realtors we have a set of standards laid out in the Code of Ethics to follow.  Here is a short video with a few touch points from the Code’s standards.

 

Ski Idaho Passport for kids

Ski Idaho offers an amazing deal for 5th & 6th graders to ski various mountains around Idaho. For a small processing fee 5th graders get 3 free days and 6th graders get 2 free days of skiing at participating resorts.
