I hope you are doing well! Enclosed is an annual review of the real estate market activity in your neighborhood. We find that most homeowners biggest asset in their net worth is their home and/or investment property. As your Real Estate Trusted Advisor, it is part of my services every year to provide you with a complimentary property review. It is my goal to help you stay educated on your biggest asset, your home. This is an overview of the current inventory and recent sales activity right in your own back yard to help keep you informed. We have given you an estimated range of the value of your home given the current market conditions.

The enclosed report lists properties in your neighborhood that are currently listed, under contract and that have sold. This is a very broad look and includes homes of all shapes and sizes, yet it does allow you to see what has occurred in your area over that past 6 months based on the current Northwest Multiple Listing Service information. 

I have also included some graphs showing general sales activates over the last 12 months along with inventory activity. 

Keep in mind this range is subject to change based on the dynamics of the market. Also, if you would like a more specific analysis of sale relative to the precise features of your home and market trends, please do not hesitate to contact me anytime.
