For the cover of this newsletter we always pick photos that are very recent. Last year at this time we were posting pics of the first Spring flowers that were popping up. This is quite a different year! "Miracle March" provided ample snowfall and cold temps. It is hard to believe as we welcome a new month that Dollar and Rotarun are both closed already. We hope to see some of you on the slopes for the last couple weeks of skiing or on the Nordic trails for the last couple months of skiing. ;)

LOT tax vote in May

If you are resident of the Wood River Valley please consider voting for the LOT re-distribution (NOT INCREASE) on the ballot this May. The vote is to approve the 1% be allocated 50% to Air and 50% to housing. Click below for more info-

Hailey housing report

The City of Hailey put together an extensive report on the state of house in Hailey and what the city is currently doing and planning to do the future to address our need for housing the workforce of the valley. 

 

 

Newish business feature- MLD

Well sort of new...more like a big upgrade to an already existing business. Mountain Land Design has rebranded to MLD and opened up a stunning new showroom in Ketchum.

 

 

Might we see a shift to a "Buyers Market" soon?
