Welcome to what finally feels like summer! After an unseasonably wet & cold June we are pretty happy to see some warmer temps creeping in. But what an amazing wild flower season we had! Summer is very full for us between school being out and real estate's busy summer selling season. The valley is jamming with things to do in the summer months. We added some links below to the music options in the valley- there are plenty. Rachel also secured her 5th Gold in Best of the Valley and 13th consecutive medal so thank you to all of you who supported her. We have featured a local Life Insurance and Financial Planner Cyndi Ochoa in this month's newsletter. Congrats to Shaun Kelly for winning our Spring Drawing!

I have been part of the Wood River Valley since 2006. My family moved here my senior year of high school, and I remember falling in love with the beauty of the area. I graduated from both CSI and Boise State University, and this has given me a greater sense of love for all of southeastern Idaho.
